Zephyra (aka Zef) is an architect by education and a visual artist, author, and group fitness coach by choice. She resides in Winnipeg, Canada where she acts as Director of Operations and multi-disciplinary coach of The Community Gym, a local boutique fitness studio. She also published her first book, “Be Here As You Are” in late-2024; a non-fiction story about committing to the present moment.

Formerly operating under the pseudonym anARCHI design as a designer and artist, Zephyra retired that moniker in 2024 after giving birth to her son, closing this chapter of her life to make way for new familial priorities and forms of inspiration. This shift marked a reclamation of her career as a professional artist, reshaping it to reflect the transition into motherhood and a powerful new approach to her art. Finding flow through simplicity drives much of her creative work today, both professionally and personally.

Zephyra’s unyielding commitment to the present moment organically generates art, movement, and writing that fluidly evolves with her life’s changing cycles.
