I have been a group fitness coach for over a decade. I coach an extensive variety of disciplines, and also curate and develop them in my role as Program Manager at The Community Gym. As a former competitive gymnast, dancer, and pianist, coaching allows me to combine my natural strengths of musicality, athleticism, and creativity into an immersive experience that I can share with others.

I design my classes to make you feel something. Regardless of genre, I like moody music that reaches deep inside your soul, inspiring you to move and grow not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. I take great responsibility for creating a space where people can connect and be vulnerable.

Like all aspects of my life, flow and presence are key to the way I approach coaching. I work diligently in creating my classes, am committed to being fully present within them, then let them go once they are over, trusting they served their purpose. I still get a rush of excitement every time I teach a class and I am beyond grateful to be able to do this for a living.
